Lisa Westcott began her career in 1995, working for the developer of the Scottsdale Four Seasons. When she made the switch to residential real estate in 2002, she immediately fell in love with her new role as “matchmaker” between each of her clients and the property that perfectly suits their needs.

Lisa considers it an honor to help her clients navigate their purchase, whether they are downsizing, upsizing, or investing. Her dedication has placed her among the top 1% of Realtors in Arizona, and she was the No. 1 Realtor at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty in 2015 before joining Silverleaf Realty in 2020, where she remains at the top. Lisa has also been invited to join the elite REALM community enabling her to extend her reach through a global network of carefully vetted real estate professionals that are in the top 1% in their own local markets.

When she’s not in work mode, Lisa enjoys swimming, golfing, hiking, and spending time with her family — including its latest addition, a new chocolate brown labradoodle named Ruby.
